Compliance365 in strategic partnership with Anesco to cut energy bills

Compliance365 is delighted to announce that we have formed a strategic partnership with Anesco, the green energy company.

Together the companies will deliver carbon reduction and energy efficiency solutions for homeowners, local authorities and businesses.

Both companies are already working on projects for a range of local authorities including London Borough of Croydon, Eastbourne Borough Council and South Somerset District Council.

Anesco provides energy services covering a broad range of technologies, including solar power, renewable heating, insulation, as well as energy efficiency solutions, including lighting and building energy management systems.

Alongside Anesco, Compliance365 will deliver energy audits on properties to significantly reduce energy bills and delivers a management report on how buildings can be made more energy efficient.
Our managing director Malcolm Wallis says: “Our strategic partnership with Anesco plays off the strengths and skill sets of both companies to deliver a seamless service to customers in the public and private sector.

“Together we work on delivering an Energy Saving Performance Contract (ESPC), which examines a building’s current energy usage and all aspects of a building’s performance, before calculating the financial savings that could be made through the implementation of a range of key energy efficiency measures.”

For a client, the process requires no capital investment. Anesco provides all upfront capital to fund the ESPC, and simply recoups investment made over an agreed payback period, based on energy savings generated.

An ESPC encompasses five key stages beginning with a detailed analysis of a property by Compliance365 with key recommendations, an agreed finance package and the installation by Anesco of a range of energy saving devices including, in some cases, a ETA biomass boiler installed for free. An ongoing monitoring and reporting package is then provided.

Anesco chief executive Adrian Pike says: “Working with Compliance365 is a natural fit for us, as there is a real synergy between our service offerings. Following the partnership we are now able to offer our customers an even more comprehensive package, right through from a detailed energy analysis, to potential efficiency measures and the effective completion of the project.”

As well as making substantial savings, the companies and local authorities will also benefit from the Government’s efficient energy subsidies which help fund the installation of new energy efficient equipment.

Since its launch, Compliance365 has won significant business from companies with large property estates seeking a cost-efficient solution to managing their energy bills and ensuring all their compliance and regulatory documentation is up to date.

Customers include large pub companies, local authorities, property agents, retailers, utilities, social landlords and primary care trusts. Last month the company was named as a regional winner of the Local Business Accelerators competition backed by the Newspaper Society which aims to recognise fast growing companies with the potential for major job creation in their local communities.
