C365Cloud has just won at the Building Better Healthcare (BBH) Awards!

We won the Compliance with CQC Standards in Estates and Facilities Management in Partnership with East Cheshire NHS Trust.

We are currently working in partnership with East Cheshire NHS Trust, evidencing compliance with CQC across Asbestos, Legionella, Ventilation, Lift, Medical Gas, Fire Equipment, Electrical, Auto Doors etc.

East Cheshire were challenged with managing Health & Safety and statutory compliance to rigorous requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Premises Assurance Model (PAM).

They have 3,123 Assets, needing 20,146 Inspections.

To achieve efficiency whilst driving best practise, East Cheshire recognised numerous disparate systems would need to be replaced with one, overarching compliance management system.  It would need to integrate with our existing Help Desk, support our estates team and performance-manage our numerous third party suppliers.

East Cheshire selected C365Cloud. Its modular design ensured the system was configured to be consistent with the Trust Estates Strategic Plan, compliance targets and KPIs.  It was configured by compliance type, building, assets and staff requirement.

“With the ever growing CQC focus on legal compliance we recognised our estates team needed a system to support us. After reviewing the market we selected C365Cloud as a platform to manage our key compliance areas across the hospital estate.  C365Cloud now manages reactive and PPM compliance. Work is carried out on mobile iPad’s using our best practise forms”.
Rob Few, Head of Estates Operations
One major factor towards the success of this project is the fact that we have understood and driven forward a trilogy between technology, people and process winning the hearts and minds of a small intricate estates team and allowing these people to lead an ongoing and sustainable change in culture across the Trust.
