It's been a good year: 25 jobs in 12 months

Part of our expanding team at Compliance365 and C365 Cloud
Since we launched just 12 months ago Compliance365 has created 25 jobs at our offices in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The new jobs underscores the fact that companies can see how our cloud-based energy audit and certification services can help them save money on energy bills and reducing the carbon impact on the environment.

Our  cloud based technology C365 Online, an innovative compliance management system to help organisations and businesses manage their Statutory Compliance, Health & Safety and PPM legislative obligations is also winning followers.

Since our launch, we have won significant business from companies with large property estates seeking a cost-efficient solution to managing their energy bills and ensuring all their compliance and regulatory documentation is up to date.

Customers include large pub companies, local authorities, property agents, retailers, utilities, social landlords and primary care trusts. Last month the company was named as a regional winner of the Local Business Accelerators competition backed by the Newspaper Society which aims to recognise fast growing companies with the potential for major job creation in their local communities.

Our managing director Malcolm Wallis said: “It’s a great credit to all the team at Compliance365 that we have been selected as one of three regional winners of the Yorkshire Post's Local Business Accelerator Awards. We’ve worked hard over the past 12 months to grow the business and satisfy our clients so to be recognised in this way is a real pat on the back for everyone who works at Compliance365.

“Since we launched Compliance365 we have seen significant new business growth in all sectors. In the pubs sector we work with most of the major companies providing energy saving and certification services and in the retail sector our C365 Online system manages the Statutory and Periodic Compliance for over 7000 outlets including supermarkets, convenience stores, distribution centers and banks.”

Head of Sales, Keiron Gavaghan said: “There are more than 80 statutory compliance areas which significantly impact on businesses and property owners if they are to remain within government legislation. Managing all the suppliers to complete the compliance checks and subsequent remedial actions takes up a lot of time, human resources and, ultimately, money.

“We developed C365 Online to enable companies and organisations to audit, manage compliance certificates and reports. The really clever innovation is our PDF extractor, which scans each document, stores it against the property and automatically takes actions and recommendations from any PDF from any supplier. The system interprets this information into risk categories and displays them on live dashboards given organisations visibility of their legal compliance status at the click of a button, 365 days per year.”

Malcolm added: “It is government legislation as well as reputation and corporate social responsibility that drives companies and organisations of all sizes to ensure their compliance is up to date. Through the services and cloud based systems of Compliance365 we can ensure that all our customers’ can keep their compliance up to date.”
